UBS Has Completed Many Restoration Projects
We have been involved on many restorations projects over the years and have been lucky to have worked on some truly beautiful buildings from 700 year old quaint churches, period grade II listed residential properties, as well as more modern and contemporary homes in central London and the south east.
Former Glory
We have hands on experience of working on restorations as well as overseeing and managing traditional tradesmen working to restore a property to its former glory.
Chelsea Skylight
The flat roofed extension of the Chelsea townhouse was quite dark – until we remedied that by installing a large self cleaning skylight complete with integral motorised blind It has totally transformed the room giving it an agreeably light airy feel.
Georgian Town House
We painted this listed townhouse bedroom wall in a traditional neutral grey after some timely fibrous plaster repairs to the coving and panelling. We also manufactured and fitted a new skirting to match the original that was beyond repair, all this following an extensive re wire and re plaster. A job well done I’m sure you’ll agree.
Chelsea Apartment Recessed Ceiling
Being at the rear of the property this bathroom was also quite dark. We addressed that by installing concealed LED lighting around the inside of the recessed ceiling. We also installed energy efficient LED downlights that complimented the defused light from the ceiling. We ended up with a modern and sophisticated bathroom that really blended in with the traditional style of the property.
